What is Tea Box Express?

Tea Box Express is a monthly box of tea and accessories. Each box contains quality brand-name loose leaf tea and three or four fun "tea-things" to enjoy with your tea.

You can purchase a subscription or a one-time gift.

What Comes in the Box?

Each month has a unique theme and contains a variety of products that compliment that theme.

Every box includes whole leaf tea, either in loose leaf or pyramid bag form. We choose only quality teas from respected brands. In addition to the tea itself, you will receive three or four items to accompany the tea. We source fun and exciting products. Possible items include tea accessories such as infusers and measuring spoons and food items like chocolates or cookies.


Signing Up

How Do I Sign Up?

It’s quick and easy! Click on Subscribe and choose the plan that is right for you. Options include monthly, 3-month, and 6-month subscriptions. You can also give Tea Box Express as a Gift.

You will be asked to fill out your shipping info and then you’re all set! Be sure to look for your confirmation email from us.


Shipping

When will my first box arrive?

If you sign up by the 5th of the month, you will receive the same month’s box. If you sign up after the 5th of the month, you will receive your box starting the next calendar month.

Boxes are shipped out around the 15th of each month and you can expect your box to arrive soon after. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your box ships.

Where do you ship?

Tea Box Express ships to anywhere in the United States, including PO boxes, as well as APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally with the exception of APO/FPO addresses.

How will my box ship? How much does shipping cost?

We use USPS Priority. Shipping is $6.49/month.

I signed up but never received my package.

Oh no! Email us at info@teaboxexpress.com so we can take care of this immediately.

Note that our cut-off date for receiving a given month's box is the 5th of that month, so if you signed up after the 5th, you will receive the next month's box.


Billing

How do billing and renewals work?

All gift subscriptions (purchased through Gift) are charged for the full amount when you place your order. They do not automatically renew. If you received Tea Box Express as a gift and you want more, please go to Subscribe.

All self subscriptions (purchased through Subscribe) are charged on the 5th of the month. You'll be charged the full amount for the plan you choose (Monthly, 3-Month, or 6-Month).

After your paid period is complete, your subscription plan automatically renews unless you cancel according to our cancellation policies. The monthly plan will renew every month at the monthly rate, the 3-month plan will renew every 3 months at the 3-month rate, and the 6-month plan will renew every 6 months at the 6-month rate. Shipping charges are in addition to the subscription plan prices.

How can I change my credit card information?

You can click on the link in your initial confirmation email and update your payment information. Can't find the email? Email us at info@teaboxexpress.com and we'll help you out.


Customer Service

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel by emailing us at info@teaboxexpress.com. You will still receive any boxes you have already paid for but your subscription will not renew once it expires.

Billing for all subscription plans occurs on the 5th of the month so you must cancel before this day to avoid being charged the next billing cycle. You cannot cancel your subscription before receiving your first box.

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for any gift subscriptions or self subscriptions.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns.
